The building was delivered on time, mid-October 2024, with a total lettable area of approx. 13 900 sqm including the roof.
12 months before completion, the first tenant moved in and continued its business on the ground floor.
A second tenant moved into the ground floor on 01.11.2024. The roof has been let to SLEnergy.
Approximately 6 700 sqm of space is still available for lease, including premises and delivery area. We expect the building to be fully let by the end of next quarter.
